The interior designer, who recently hosted a fundraiser for victims of the Haiti earthquake, appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor, before going on to star in The Bachelorette.
Speaking to the Chicago Tribune, she said: "After I got done with The Bachelor, the Jason [Mesnick] season, I'm like, 'I'm not going anywhere near that show again'.
"After I ended up being The Bachelorette, I'm like, 'I'm never watching that show again'. But I'm addicted. It's mindless drama that sort of takes your mind off your life."
Harris and fiancé Ed Swiderski recently made a guest appearance on the new season of The Bachelor to help airline pilot Jake Pavelka hand out his First Impression Rose.
The Bachelor continues tonight on ABC.
