Speaking to People, the reality couple revealed that they are hoping to give Mesnick's son Ty, 5, a sibling at some stage, but that they are in no rush to extend their family.
"At some point we'll have kids. These last two years have been busy and right now it's just been us being ourselves at home," said Mesnick.
"It's been a really fun couple of years but it's time to be us. It's been crazy, and not just the TV stuff. We've changed jobs and sold a house. Obviously, Molly moved up to Seattle and then we got married this year. So, now we're getting adjusted."
The couple - who met on the 13th instalment of the ABC romance reality show - tied the knot in a coastal ceremony in California in February that was later aired on ABC.
It was recently reported that the pair had been advising recent Bachelorette couple Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez on the logistics of televising their own wedding.
