The couple, who met on the 13th instalment of the ABC romance reality show, celebrated their union at a "Run Thru Wedding" chapel while competing in the Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon over the weekend, according to Us.
Responding to one fan's question on Twitter about why they chose to renew their vows after less than one year of marriage, Molly said: "Haha just for fun! It was taking place along our run... so we joined in! (sic)"
She added to another fan: "Never can tell your loved ones "I love you" too much, right!"
She also joked in a separate Twitter message to Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky: "Haha, next year you guys can run with us through the "run through wedding chapel"!! :)" Fedotowsky became engaged to Roberto Martinez earlier this year.
Molly and Jason - who became engaged in October 2009 - tied the knot in a coastal ceremony in California in February that was later aired on ABC.
