The former Bachelor star and Dancing With The Stars contestant married then-boyfriend Tye Strickland at a ceremony in Mexico on December 12, 2009.
Writing on her Twitter account over the weekend, she said: "Cheesy Alert: A year ago today, I married the man of my dreams!! Out celebrating today!! (sic)"
"Tye is my best friend in the world, and now he's my partner forever," she told In Touch Weekly at the time of her wedding. "We have had such a journey within our relationship, that to finally look at him and see my husband gives me the calmest, most content feeling in the world."
Rycroft, who co-hosted Bachelor Pad earlier this year, announced over the summer that she and Strickland are expecting their first child together, a baby girl, in February 2011.
