The interior designer appeared on the fifth season of the ABC romance reality show, and her post-show courtship with fiancé Ed Swiderski became tabloid news.
Speaking to OK, she said: "Back when I went through [the media scrutiny], it was torture. It turned me into a nervous wreck."
Referring to the current media interest in Bachelor Jake Pavelka and his final two women, she said: "Now we look back at and laugh about it. What a crazy time in our lives! I hope Jake is trying to do the same."
When asked for her advice for Pavelka, she replied: "Just focus on [yourself] and [your] new gal."
The season finale of The Bachelor airs tonight on ABC.
