The marketing representative - who split from fiance Jake Pavelka last month - was photographed posing in a bikini at the resort's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park over the weekend.
According to Radar Online, the 24-year-old - who lived in Florida before moving to Los Angeles - was visiting the theme park with her family.
She wrote on her Twitter account: "On my way to Typoon Lagoon with my mum, sister, aunt and cousin. It's a girls day. I hear you can swim with baby sharks there... Yikes! (sic)"
She also posted a photograph of herself enjoying a "bucket of ice-cream" at the end of the day.
Girardi was seen visiting Disney World with Pavelka back in March, accompanied by the airline pilot's Dancing With The Stars partner Chelsie Hightower.
