'Bachelorette' Ali congratulates Pappas

Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky has congratulated DeAnna Pappas on her recent engagement.

Pappas - who fronted the fourth season of The Bachelorette - announced her wedding plans earlier this week, while season six star Fedotowsky became engaged earlier this year.

Writing in a Twitter message to Pappas, Fedotowsky said: "So exciting! Congratulations!!! We should share wedding planning tips :) (sic)"

Pappas replied: "Love to!"

Pappas became engaged to boyfriend Stephen Stagliano over the Memorial Day weekend, while Fedotowsky accepted fiance Roberto Martinez's proposal on the season finale of The Bachelorette.

Other stars who have offered their congratulations to Pappas on Twitter include season one Bachelorette Trista Sutter and franchise host Chris Harrison.

Pappas has said that she is planning a double wedding with fellow Bachelor alum Holly Durst, who appeared on The Bachelor: London Calling and became engaged to Stagliano's twin brother Michael in June.
