During an interview on Access Hollywood Live, the musician, who scored her first hit 'Don't Make Me Over' at the age of 22, was questioned as to whether she would consider backing the businessman's possible bid for high office.
"I think he does a tremendous job at what he does," she said. "And [I respect] what he knows and has complete knowledge of, but no [I won't vote for him]."
Despite admitting reticence to supporting Trump's proposed political bid, Warwick explained that she has great affinity for the real estate mogul.
She beamed: "Let me tell you something about Mr. Trump: I absolutely adore him."
The Celebrity Apprentice airs on Sundays on NBC.
