Health inspectors apparently found more than 51 violations in the DJT restaurant at the Trump International Hotel during a recent search, according to Page Six.
The health code violations allegedly included mislabelled and mishandled items, food that was stored incorrectly and expired ingredients such as yoghurt and caviar.
Southern Nevada's Health District closed DJT for several hours, but allowed the restaurant to re-open with an 'A' grade once the violations were remedied.
Trump has not commented on the matter as of yet.
The Celebrity Apprentice host has been at the centre of controversy in recent weeks for a Macy's holiday ad where he appears to reference the 'birther' movement, which claims that US President Barack Obama wasn't born in the US.
Thousands of people have signed a petition urging Macy's to fire Trump, but the retail giant has insisted that the mogul will remain as a spokesperson for their company.
