Badgley, Lively "not friends" with co-stars

Penn Badgley has admitted that he and girlfriend Blake Lively are "not friends" with Gossip Girl co-stars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr.

Badgley, who plays Dan Humphrey on the CW drama, told the New York Post not to expect to see the two couples together in public any time soon.

When asked what he thought of Westwick and Szohr's recent reunion after their brief split, Badgley said: "Good for them," but added of his and Lively's relationship with the pair: "We're not friends. I mean, we just don't double date."

Badgley also hinted that he is getting tired of Gossip Girl for becoming too "routine".

"It is what it is," he said. "It's the fourth season. It's become routine."
