The reality stars, who are currently filming the second season of the MTV series in Miami, discussed their future plans with Interview magazine.
"I want to break into movies eventually. But for right now, I'll just conquer reality. Whether it's TV, movies, a clothing line, I see myself running my business. The Situation Inc," said Sorrentino.
Guadagnino, who has a political science degree, revealed that he wants to be a "serious actor", and namechecked Leonardo DiCaprio as someone who inspires him.
"If I ever got to that level, I'd like to play the roles he plays. He handles everything with such poise," he explained. "He's very low-key, and I'm the same kind of way."
The pair's co-star Pauly 'Pauly D' DelVecchio also discussed his career ambitions, saying that he wants to "become a famous DJ" like the late DJ AM, while Ronnie Ortiz-Magro suggested that he is interested in modelling or acting.
Jersey Shore returns to MTV on July 29.
