The MTV star recently joked that she is "too pretty" to be sent to jail following her July 30 arrest for public drunkenness.
McCain - who has spoken with Polizzi via Twitter in the past - was asked about her remark in a recent radio interview, and agreed that the reality star is "too attractive" for jail.
Writing on her Twitter account to the politician, Snooki said: "Thanks for having my back! I'm going to make you part of my family. Grandpa Snooki for President!"
Polizzi and McCain conversed over Twitter earlier this year, when Polizzi complained about a proposed tax on tanning beds, prompting McCain to reply: "I would never tax ur tanning bed! O's tax policy is quite The Situation. but I do rec wearing sunscreen! (sic)"
