The claimant, who filed the suit under the initials J.P., asserted that she was thrown to the ground by the cast's security guards after she engaged in an argument with Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi.
According to APP.com, the accuser cited that she suffered a scar on her chin as a result of the altercation.
The brawl allegedly occurred on the same night in September 2009 when Snooki's fellow cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro knocked another man unconscious. The relationship between the two incidents is not yet known.
The suit names the full Jersey Shore cast, their producers at 495 Productions, MTV and its parent company Viacom as defendants, according to Radar Online.
