Stars Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi and Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino were both in attendance at the event and expressed how honoured they had been to support the cause.
"I was actually honoured to be here," Sorrentino told MTV. "I have so much respect for our troops."
"My uncle, he was a veteran and he died a while ago," Polizzi said, when explaining why the event had personal significance for her. "Anything to give back to veterans, anything. That's really close to me."
VH1 Divas Salute The Troops featured performances from Keri Hilson, Paramore and Katy Perry.
