The Jersey Shore star claimed in court documents that Devotion Spirits failed to pay him certain earnings which were promised in his endorsement contract, reports ET Online.
The Situation is insisting that Devotion Spirits failed to increase his ownership stake in the company from 8% to 10% as promised after their first year in business, a sum that he has valued at $5 million.
He has said that Devotion Spirits also owes him $400,000 in other fees following his signing with the organisation back in 2010.
Devotion Spirits has not commented on the suit.
Earlier this year, The Situation filed a suit against Las Vegas promoters Diversified Entertainment over a slate of public appearances for which he was allegedly not paid.
Jersey Shore continues its final season on Thursdays at 10/9c.
