The 22-year-old, who appeared in the seventh season of the Fox competition, reportedly tied the knot with Mandy Mayhall in his hometown in Texas on Saturday.
Writing on his Twitter account, he said: "I married the girl of my dreams... It couldn't have been more perfect! Now, honeymoon!"
Castro and Mayhall confirmed their engagement in November. He is scheduled to release new EP The Love Uncompromised later this month.
