Fuller: 'Hollywood star is an honour'

The American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance creator will receive the accolade in the television category at a ceremony next year.
"To be among such great company is an honour for myself and American Idol," he said in a statement.
"Being given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during this special 50th year celebration is an amazing accolade especially as we also approach the tenth anniversary season of American Idol."
The American Idol franchise, which was launched in 2002, has since spawned into more than 100 versions around the world, as well as the charitable special Idol Gives Back. Fuller is also known for his contributions to the music industry, including managing the Spice Girls.
Other famous faces who will receive a Hollywood star next year include Reese Witherspoon, Oprah Winfrey, Neil Patrick Harris, Tina Fey, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sir Ridley Scott.
