Both Adedapo and Megia left the reality show this past week after finding themselves in the bottom three alongside Paul McDonald.
During an appearance on Friday's The Tonight Show, Jay Leno interviewed the two contestants to confirm whether rumours about the supernatural activity in the house were true.
"We were at the balcony doors that connect to the bedroom, and at 2.30 in the morning, the doors fly open, there are leaves flying in, the wind is blowing," Adedapo told him, claiming that her bedroom doors had continued to burst open even after they had been propped shut with a chair.
"I just went and slept on the couch," Adedapo continued. "It was just too much activity for me."
Megia also recalled a time when her laptop computer had moved from the floor onto one of the other contestant's beds despite not being touched by anyone.
Leno used the discussion to take a shot at Idol host Ryan Seacrest by asking, "Did you have anything creepy happen to you, besides Ryan Seacrest?"
Adedapo and Megia later performed a number of songs for The Tonight Show, including a cover of Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream'.
Former Idol contestant Anoop Desai has also previously claimed there is a ghost in residence at the contestant's mansion.
American Idol returns on Wednesday April 6.
