'American Idol's Scott MacIntyre marries girlfriend

The former contestant wed Christina Teich in front of friends and family in Scottsdale on Thursday, confirms E! News.
MacIntyre posted on his Twitter account before the nuptials: "AHHHHH!!! It's finally here!!! WEDDING DAY!!! (sic)"
The singer and Teich announced their engagement on Twitter in February.
MacIntyre previously revealed that he had written and composed the music for the wedding, which included the track 'I Wanna Be There', available on iTunes.
Speaking to Us Weekly earlier this month, he said: "Christina is a beautiful person, whom I have known since well before Idol. She is my soulmate."
MacIntyre appeared on the eighth season of American idol, where he finished in eighth place. The season was eventually won by Kris Allen with Adam Lambert finishing as runner-up.
