The 25-year-old TV star, who recently came third in Dancing With The Stars, says that she needs some time out after a busy few months.
Osbourne is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Luke and I are heading off to a beach for a sunshine holiday this week. He's been working in London for the past couple of weeks and, with me being so busy with Dancing With The Stars, we're in desperate need of some quality time. I can't wait!
"'Exhausted' doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling. I'm not complaining - DWTS has been an incredible journey - but I'd be lying if I said I'd be fine with another early morning rehearsal."
Talking about falling over during the final, Osbourne added: "I was a bit disappointed, but I did my best. I'm thrilled to have made it as far as I did - I've never felt as good in my whole life."
Donny Osmond came first in the reality TV show, followed by singer Mya.
