The actress - who previously confessed that she hoped the series would help her to shed pounds - has already dropped two dress sizes and is getting close to what she feels is her best look.
"I started out in a size 12, then an 8, and then I think next week I'll be in a 6," she told US Weekly.
"The real size I want to be in is probably a 4 or a 6. That's where I look best."
Alley previously revealed that she hopes to appear on Broadway and in films to put her new found skills to use after DWTS.
She recently got a tattoo on her wrist to commemorate her time on the show.
The former Cheers star scored 23 out of 30 for her foxtrot on this week's show.
