Osbourne professed last year that her time as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars helped her to shed excess pounds and later admitted that she would be reprising rigorous exercise routines in order to help maintain a slimmer figure.
Speaking to reporters at the Tribeca Film Festival before the premiere of a new documentary about her father's life titled God Bless Ozzy Osbourne, however, Kelly registered disgust at how her body size has become the target of media scrutiny.
"I haven't gained weight! They just want to talk s**t about me because they love to build you up to break you down," she said.
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant continued: "That's just what they do. F**k them. I don't care. I know I'm a good person and I am living my life the way I should be. I don't harm anyone."
Kelly also denied that she is still dating singer musician Rob Damiani, insisting: "I don't have a boyfriend!"
It was previously reported that Kelly's brother Jack is planning to base a horror on their father Ozzy's band Black Sabbath.
