'Dancing with the Stars' Ricki Lake: 'My dress size is dropping'

Dancing with the Stars contestant Ricki Lake has revealed that her dress size is continuing to drop.

The talkshow host previously joked that the intense practice sessions with partner Derek Hough have helped her fit into her skinny jeans.

Lake has now said that she has begun to notice a real change in her body.

"I sort of see [the weight loss] everywhere. I lose a lot of weight in my face, initially, and in my chest. They're telling me the dress size is going down, down, down," she told Access Hollywood Live.

Lake went on to say that her fiancé Christian Evans has been very supportive of her bid to win Dancing with the Stars, adding that he loves her at any size.

She explained: "I actually asked him last week, because you don't really know what someone's preference is. He met me; I got heavier as I was with him and really happy.

"I said, 'Do you prefer a curvier girl or a more lean girl?' He said, 'Honey… it doesn't matter what you are… I love you. It's about you being happy'."

Lake claimed that Kirstie Alley inspired her to join Dancing with the Stars, but recently acknowledged that she shouldn't compare herself to the actress.

Dancing with the Stars continues Monday and Tuesday at 8/7c on ABC.
