The Dancing with the Stars presenter underwent surgery in early December after publicly announcing that she had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
Burke Charvet - who spent the last two months recovering from the operation - has now disclosed that she has received a positive prognosis from her doctors.
"[I feel] great… [The cancer] is gone, it's out!" Burke Charvet beamed to Extra.
She continued: "I feel lucky… [It's] business as usual and back to normal!"
Burke Charvet's clean bill of health insures that she will be back hosting Dancing with the Stars this season with Tom Bergeron.
The model-actress has been one of the ABC reality series's presenters since season ten in 2010.
ABC premieres the new season of Dancing with the Stars on Monday, March 18 at 8/7c.
