Lucker helped 'HolbyBlue' co-star be bitchy

Zoe Lucker has revealed that one of her HolbyBlue co-stars asked for her advice on delivering bitchy lines.

The actress - best known for her role as Footballers' Wives superbitch Tanya Turner - was happy to help Sara Powell, who plays her love rival on the Holby City spin-off.

"She did ask me how to deliver cutting lines. I just said that all you can do is enjoy them!" Lucker told The Sun.

"I told her to think of all the people who have been really nasty and upset her in the past and pretend that she was speaking to them. People don't say nasty things unless they enjoy it."

HolbyBlue starts on May 8 on BBC One.
