Jack questions Tanya as to Max's whereabouts

Tanya's getting the girls ready for school and Abi tries to call Max on his mobile. She's beginning to get worried as she's already left him three messages and has had no response.

Later, Jack bumps into Sean in the Minute Mart and Sean asks Jack when he last saw Max. Intrigued by such a strange question, Jack goes to see Tanya and asks her where Max is. Tanya tells him that they've had a 'bit of a falling out'. While they're talking, Sean sneaks upstairs.

As Tanya continues to become riled by Jack's continual questioning, Sean's upstairs alone with baby Oscar. He picks him up with a smile.

Feeling guilty, Tanya tells Jack that she wasn't ready to be back with Max, prompting Jack to hug her sympathetically. Tanya asks Jack not to tell the girls about the situation just yet. She hears Oscar crying upstairs and goes to see him. Sean's cradling him and tells a worried-looking Tanya that Oscar's OK with him. Sean shows her the sweets he's bought for the girls and Tanya's rattled when she realises that Sean's been listening to her conversation with Jack. Fearing for her children, she asks him to leave.

Later, Sean turns up at the house again to see Tanya. He has a bunch of flowers and a necklace for her, but she's not impressed with his efforts. When he mentions about being a good father figure for the girls, Tanya flips and tells him that it's not going to work, revealing she was using him all along. Sean stands devastated, clutching the necklace he bought for her. He leaves and heads towards Bridge Street and throws a brick through Booty's window in anger.
