The auction of the Timmins house sees Steve bidding against Marco and Tim Collins. To his dismay, Steve soon reaches his limit and pulls out of the bidding. Marco and Carmella's hopes are soon dashed when developer Tim Collins bids beyond their budget. As it seems Tim is set to get his hands on the property, Steve makes a shock bid -way above his agreed limit -and the Parkers win the house. Riley gets the proof he needs when Elle suffers an anxiety attack at the warehouse site.
