Andy Whyment - Coronation Street's Kirk Sutherland - has signed a new deal to stay with the soap.
The actor reportedly quit one month ago after winning a part in the new Carry On film, but amid rumours it would flop "begged" producers to take him back.
“The scripts for the Carry On movie have been delayed and Andy began to worry he had made the wrong decision," a source told The Sun. “He asked Corrie chiefs to take him back and they were delighted.???
