All of the 13 properties in Liverpool's West Derby estate were up for auction. The properties were bought and renovated by developers in 2005, but have remained empty since.
Allsop auctioneers said in a statement: "Brookside Close was sold for £735,000 earlier today.
"We are not at liberty to name the buyer but we can say they are local to Liverpool."
Brookside aired on Channel 4 between 1982 and 2003.
The soap featured early acting roles for Anna Friel, Claire Sweeney, Ricky Tomlinson and Sue Johnston.
