Coronation Street bosses have recently signed two new faces to appear on the infamous cobbles, The Sun reports today.
First up is Jenny Platt, who will play the Rovers' sexy new barmaid Julie. “She will pull as many blokes as pints. The men in Weatherfield will be queuing up to get to the bar,??? a Corrie insider revealed.
Alongside Platt, producers have also signed Tupele Dorgu, who will star as knicker-sewing Kelly Crabshaw, and is set to replace Karen McDonald when she leaves at the end of the year.
“She will take over from Karen McDonald as The Street’s sex kitten with claws,??? added the source.
Both actresses signed up to the Street yesterday (Wednesday), and will start to film in August. Viewers should expect to see the pair on screens in September.
