Soaps Ratings Roundup: June 11

EastEnders was the most-watched soap yesterday, overnight figures show.

The Walford serial's penultimate edition of the week, which saw Zainab continue to interfere in her son Syed's love life, brought in 7.07m (37.9%) at 7.30pm, before BBC Three added a further 886k (4.9%) with its 10pm repeat.

Emmerdale's offering interested 5.49m (31.7%) at 7pm.

BBC One's instalment of Doctors, titled 'The Lion and The Lamb', in which Heston tried to help a single dad with his temper, logged 1.5m (22%).

Hollyoaks' screening at 6.30pm on Channel 4, during which Zoe's degree was thrown into jeopardy, drew 1.43m (8.7%). E4's first look at 7pm took 474k (3%), before E4+1's timeshift repeat added 146k (0.8%).

Five's Neighbours put in 1.4m (11.1%) at 5.30pm, while Fiver's repeat at 7pm had 196k (1.3%).

Home and Away's outing, which saw Irene protesting her innocence to Lou's murder, managed 922k (6%), before Fiver's first look interested 579k (3.9%).
