The Walford serial's penultimate edition of the week, which saw Trina stun Denise with the truth that she slept with Lucas at Christmas, pulled in 6.47m (36.6%) at 7.30pm. BBC Three's repeat at 10pm added a further 804k (4.6%).
Emmerdale's outing at 7pm on ITV1, during which Katie became more concerned about Andy's health, interested 4.88m (28.6%).

Meanwhile, Hollyoaks' offering at 6.30pm, in which Newt slept with Theresa again, logged 1.18m (7.1%).
E4's first look at 7pm put in 442k (2.8%), before its timeshift repeat on E4+1 added 142k (0.8%).
Home and Away's showing at 6pm on Five continued its trend of dipping below the million mark, last night attracting 966k (6.4%). Fiver's first look instalment had 488k (3.3%).
