Its double bill, which saw Lloyd demand answers from Liz and Steve attempt to bribe Hooch, was seen by 7.97m (40.5%) and 8.65m (38.2%) at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
ITV2's repeats from 10.30pm added 490k (3.4%) - Corrie's highest repeat audience in months - and 325k (3%) respectively.
EastEnders' outing at 8pm on BBC One, during which Joel's wife Steph warned Ronnie away from him, drew 7.65m (35.6%). BBC Three's repeat added a further 469k (2.6%) at 10pm.

BBC One's episode of Doctors, titled 'Face To Face', had 1.45m (20.6%) at 1.45pm.
Neighbours was watched by 1.23m (10.1%) at 5.30pm, before Fiver's repeat at 7pm added 176k (1.1%).
Channel 4's Hollyoaks, during which Abi and Ste found themselves in another romantic embrace, managed 1.19m (7.1%) at 6.30pm, while 460k (2.8%) tuned in for E4's first look half an hour later.
