Coronation Street regained its Friday evening soaps lead, early figures show.

The ITV soap's final two episode of the week, during which Fiz suggested moving away from the cobbles before Kevin and Molly admitted their feelings for each other, were watched by 7.94m (38.9%) and 7.86m (38.9%) at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.

ITV2's repeat in the hour from 12.45am added 143k (4.1%) and 127k (4.9%).

Stacey's sudden arrival at Trina's funeral during EastEnders was seen by 7.8m (36.6%) at 8pm, while a further 469k (2.6%) tuned in for BBC Three's 10pm repeat.

Charity's return to the village in Emmerdale had 6.31m (33.5%) from 7pm.

BBC One's daily dose of Doctors, titled 'Nobody' logged 1.58m (23%) in its usual 1.45pm timeslot.

Five's episode of Neighbours, which saw Declan vow revenge on Steph, managed 1.32m (9.4%) at 5.30pm, while Fiver's 7pm repeat added 168k (1%).

Hollyoaks' final edition of the week averaged 1.31m (7.3%) at 6.30pm. E4's first look had 337k (1.9%).

Hollyoaks Later ended its run with 510k (2.4%) at 9pm on E4, while E4+1's timeshift repeat added 331k (2.1%). Last year's Later ended with 524k (2.9%).

One-off Hollyoaks clip show The Good, The Bad and The Gorgeous drew 236k (1.5%) at 10pm on E4. A further 144k (1.6%) caught the timeshift repeat on E4+1.

Home and Away finished the week with 909k (5.4%) tuning in at 6pm. Fiver's first look instalment had 473k (2.8%).
