Samantha Janus to join 'EastEnders'?

Babes in the Wood star Samantha Janus is being lined up for a role in EastEnders, The Sun claims today.

The 32-year-old actress will audition for the role of gangster Jonny Allen's girlfriend.

An insider told the newspaper, "Show bosses have been chasing Samantha for a while. They are very keen for her to screen test."

Janus is due to give birth to her second child in March.
