Monday Corrie eps top 10 million

Coronation Street logged impressive figures last night, with both episodes topping the 10m mark for the first time in months.

Last night's double bill, which saw Roy struggling with Tony's deathbed confession, before discovering that the factory boss survived his health scare, drew 10.31m (42.7%) and 10.25m (40.4%) at 7.30pm and 8.30pm respectively.

The first episode of the night averaged its largest 7.30pm audience Gary Windass's trial on March 2.

Lucy's mugging during last night's EastEnders, meanwhile, was watched by 9.45m (37.6%) at 8pm, before BBC Three's repeat showing added a further 635k (3.5%) at 10pm.

Emmerdale's outing at 7pm, which saw Leyla slap Nathan, put in 7.2m (32.6%).

BBC One's daytime medical drama Doctors pulled 1.82m (25.1%) yesterday afternoon - its largest audience since August 4 - with its episode titled 'Family Values'.

Hollyoaks' instalment at 6.30pm, in which Suzanne and Neville's godson Duncan arrived in the village, had 1.6m (7.4%) at its usual time of 6.30pm. Channel 4+1's timeshift added 126k (0.6%), while E4's first look managed 488k (2.3%).

Five's Australian hour saw 1.46m (8.9%) tune in for Neighbours at 5.30pm, before 1.09m (5.5%) caught Home and Away half an hour later.

Fiver's first look at Home and Away took 258k (1.2%), while Neighbours' 7pm repeat added 534k (2.6%).
