Corrie set for twisted condom plot

A packet of condoms will spark a "dreadful" chain of events in an upcoming Coronation Street storyline.

According to the Daily Star, things kick off when mechanic Tommy Harris finds the condoms in his teenage son Craig's pocket. Craig, 14, is planning to use them with underage girlfriend Rosie Webster, 13.

Violent Tommy is then said to "batter" Craig in "a vicious attack" witnessed by the street's residents.

It soon transpires that Rosie stole the packet from her mother Sally's handbag, which leads Tommy to question why a married woman is taking condoms to work. A distraught Sally then tries to conceal the truth about her affair to save her marriage.

According to various reports, Tommy is set to be killed off later this Spring during a heated row with daughter Katy.
