Grantham's acting mocked by 'Enders cast?

Leslie Grantham's acting has been mocked by his fellow EastEnders cast-members, The Sun claims today.

The show's stars have apparently nicknamed Grantham "bat and roll" after noticing his jerky eye movements when he acts.

"Grantham's eye-rolling is the talk of the set, so he has been nicknamed 'bat and roll'", a source told the newspaper. "The cast reckon it's his trademark and can't resist mimicking him."

Dirty Den was killed off last night in a one-hour special to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary. However, the newspaper also claims that his spirit will live on, as Zoe Slater, who was involved in his murder, believes that she can hear his voice.

A show insider explained, "She feels constant guilt and believes he's menacing her from beyond the grave."
