The young schoolgirl will be dropped off with just a rucksack outside the local Tube station.
A source told the Daily Star: "Her arrival is going to be massive. It will send shockwaves around the square."
However, it is not yet known who the mother or father of the baby is. In the frame are Ronnie (Samantha Womack), Phil (Steve McFadden) and Billy (Perry Fenwick).
