EastEnders landed a large haul of ten trophies yesterday evening at the twelfth annual British Soap Awards, including the elusive 'Best Soap' gong.
Coronation Street, meanwhile, took three and BBC daytime drama Doctors two.
Despite being nominated in every category, Emmerdale - like Hollyoaks - scooped one.
