'EastEnders' actor rushed to hospital

EastEnders star Joe Swash is currently in hospital after falling seriously ill while visiting relatives.
The actor, who plays Mickey Miller on the soap, was rushed to hospital by his mother, who is now holding a bedside vigil along with other family members.
"One minute he was fine, the next there was a commotion," a friend told The Mirror. "It's very serious. His family are all with him."
A relative added, "It was sheer panic. His mother was panicking and bundled him into her car before screaming off down the road."
The star's fellow EastEnders cast members have been told to give Swash time to recover before visiting him in hospital.
"Everyone's worried sick about Joe," a source on the show explained. "He's incredibly popular and the atmosphere on set has been very sombre without him."
