Are You Being Served? star Trevor Bannister has joined Coronation Street as a dodgy solicitor.
The actor - better known as randy salesman Mr Lucas from the 70s sitcom - will play a solicitor who helps Danny Baldwin con Mike into signing over ownership of Underworld.
The development comes as Mike's battle with Alzheimer's worsens. "Viewers will be shocked," a source told The Mirror. "Mike will recognise fewer of his friends and family and is convinced he is still married to ex-wife Alma, who died in 2001. He even believes Elsie Tanner is running his factory for him."
Bannister's scenes will be shown in March.
