'Heartbeat' gets 'Royle' treatment

Ralf Little, star of hit comedy The Royle Family, has landed a role in Heartbeat.
The 25-year-old actor - who portrayed Antony Royle - is to play a character who attempts to remedy ailments by using his gran's books of ancient cures.
An insider told The Sun: "He tries to help but just winds people up."
Little's cameo will air in the New Year with other guest appearances due from former EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks and comedian John Culshaw.
