The star, who runs Coronation Street's Rovers Return as Liz McDonald, has bought a gastro pub in Cheshire with partner Jon McEwan.
The Gallery opened this week after builders completed a refurbishment and becomes the pair's second pub after Manchester's White Horse.
Callard commented: "I just love being a landlady on the TV and I love running pubs in real life. We are really excited about this venture. It's a far cry from the Rovers."
