In Pictures: 'Emmerdale' Matt's dramatic van crash

This is the dramatic moment that Matthew King (Matt Healy) is left fighting for his life in the arms of his true love Anna de Souza (Emma Davies).
Matt is hell-bent on revenge following his brother Carl's (Tom Lister) interruption of his wedding to Anna.
Furious that Carl has ruined his only chance to marry his bride-to-be, Matt drives a van at high speed towards his sibling, but quickly realises that Anna would also be injured.
Swerving to miss Anna, Matt careers into a wall and is catapulted through the van's windscreen.
Will his wedding day end in disaster? Or will he pull through and finally wed the love of his life?
Emmerdale's one-hour wedding episode transmits tonight at 7pm on ITV1.
