Sammy Winward has said that her Emmerdale character never learns from past romances and always finds herself in relationships with the show's bad boys.
Her character Katie Sugden is currently embroiled in a love triangle with entrepreneur Nathan Wyle (Lyndon Ogbourne) and gamekeeper Lee Naylor (Lewis Linford).
Speaking to DS at the British Soap Awards, the 23-year-old said: "She's always manipulated very easily by bad boys, but she never learns...The bad boys' always get the edge with her for some reason."
