With Jimmy (Nick Miles) and Rodney (Patrick Mower) fussing over her condition, a heavily pregnant Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) locks herself in the Home Farm shop in protest.
However, when she puts down her keys, they slide off and underneath the counter. As she struggles to grab her phone, Nicola finds herself writhing on the ground in agony in the onset of labour.
Rodney soon realises what's happening and asks Cain (Jeff Hordley) to break into the shop and an ambulance is soon called before she is rushed to hospital.
