Dales star 'researching exciting plot'

Emmerdale star Nick Miles has revealed that he is researching a storyline he will be part of next year.

The actor's character Jimmy King and wife Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) have just become the new landlords of the soap's pub The Woolpack.

In a webchat via the show's official website, Miles said: "I have already started researching a very exciting story line that has been lined up for next year.

"I'm very excited for Jimmy's future. You'll have to wait for next year for that, though."

Last month, Emmerdale producer Gavin Blyth teased the couple's future in an interview with DS.

"Nicola's in for a shock, but for Jimmy, some things are best left forgotten. Will she be left fighting for her man?" he said.
