Leyla is left panicked in tonight's episode of Emmerdale when her careless actions cause Jacob to go into anaphylactic shock.
The dramatic incident occurs after Alicia gives the go-ahead for Leyla to take the youngster to TJ's birthday party - but with a strict warning that she must watch what he eats.
Once the celebrations kick off, Leyla allows Jacob to have a piece of birthday cake after Brenda assures her that it contains no nuts. Crucially, however, she fails to check the packet for confirmation.
Soon afterwards, Jacob has a severe reaction to the treat - and Leyla must use an EpiPen to bring him round. Will he be okay? And what will Alicia say when she finds out?
