Silva: 'Kelly will ruffle some feathers'

Adele Silva has teased that Kelly Windsor will "ruffle some feathers" as she returns to Emmerdale.

The actress reprised her role last month but is set to make her first appearance in the village tonight when Kelly discovers the extent of Jimmy's injuries following her attack in Peterborough.

"There's a few surprises coming up that reveal what Kelly's been up to," Silva teased during an interview on ITV's This Morning. "I can't give it away yet, but next week you'll see!"

Speaking about her time away from the Yorkshire drama, she said: "I have been away for three-and-a-half years and it has flown and I've done so much in that time but since I've been back it doesn't feel like I've been gone for three-and-a-half years!

"It's nice to see everybody and there's loads of new cast there and the show is doing really well at the moment, so it's great. Kelly is definitely back for a while to ruffle some feathers and cause some trouble!"

Silva previously revealed that Kelly will use Jimmy's amnesia to try to convince him that he is still in love with her.
